PIZZA CAPO will be joined by local favorite Allegory Brewing for an evening of wood-fired goodness at the renowned Steamboat Inn special dining series. Long known for its show-stopping Winemaker Dinners featuring local vintners, Steamboat added Brewer Dinners to the mix in 2017 and has invited Pizzaiolos Kyle Munroe and Jeremy Whyte to bring the fire on November 2nd. Allegory's David Sanguinetti and Charlie Van Meter will make the trek with their award-winning brews to round out a delicious and friend-filled evening. Tentative menu below.
