We’ve got your New Year’s Eve plans covered! Ring in 2026 with Pizza Capo at a special late night dinner service on Wednesday, 12/31. We’ll have a select food and beverage menu, highlighting local and Italian Metodo Classico bubbles, Marcos’ best martinis, and traditional Italian holiday fare.
Reservations for parties of all sizes will be available from 7:00 until 10:30; we hope parties in our last seating will stay with us for a midnight toast!

In the heart of Merry Downtown McMinnville, the team at Pizza Capo brings you Buone Feste, a five-course Italian feast by Chefs Kyle Munroe and Jeremy Whyte, with beverage pairings from wine and spirit extraordinairies Lauren Morrison and Marcos Romero. Dinner will include gluten, dairy, seafood, nuts, shellfish, and red meat, with no room for substitutions. For those who like to indulge, this is the quintessential Wine Country holiday experience.
